Investing in your mental health is one of the most important decisions you can make. Here's everything you need to know about fees and payment.
Session Fees
All sessions are held virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform.
Fees are subject to change. Current clients will be given advance notice of any rate adjustments.
Insurance
Yes, I accept most insurances including Medicaid. Please reach out to confirm whether your specific plan is accepted before scheduling.
If you have questions about your coverage or benefits, I recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to ask about your mental health benefits before your first session.
Sliding Scale
I believe therapy should be accessible. A limited number of reduced-fee spots are available for clients who demonstrate financial need. If cost is a barrier, please mention this when you reach out and we can discuss options together. I will always do my best to find a way to make care work for your situation.
How Payment Works
Secure Card on File
A credit or debit card is kept securely on file via a HIPAA-compliant payment processor. You will not need to bring payment to each session.
Charged After Each Session
Your card is charged automatically at the end of each session. You will receive a receipt via email for your records.
Accepted Payment Methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, HSA/FSA cards, and most major debit cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full session fee.
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before your first appointment. You will receive this estimate in writing prior to beginning services. If you have questions about your estimate, please don't hesitate to ask.
